How can I acquire the Desh Cable TV service?

Simply call customer service and provide basic information about yourself.  The order will be placed and the equipment will be mailed to you within 5-7 business days (excluding weekend & holidays).  Once the equipment is received, just call us back for easy installation steps and activation of your service.

Why are the images freezing while running the Desh Cable TV service?

Desh Cable TV is a broadband Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) service provider.  Our service quality is as good as the consistency in speed of your internet.  To enjoy our services to its fullest, you will require a minimum of 3 MBps internet speed.  To check your current speed, please contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or check through speed testing websites such as www.speedtest.net

Why is there a “no signal” sign on my TV screen?

There may be a problem establishing an internet connection.  Please check the line between your router and the Desh Cable TV receiver box.  If problem persists, please contact customer service.

What is Desh Cable TV’s return policy?

If the customer chooses to discontinue his/her service or replace equipment, simply mail back the current Desh Cable TV equipment and your account will be handled accordingly.  Please refer to the TERMS & CONDITIONS section for further details.

What is Desh Cable TV’s refund policy?

Customers who have completed their contracted service shall receive their security deposits back.  However, if the service is terminated before the completing their contracted service, the customer shall forfeit their security deposit.  Please refer to the TERMS & CONDITIONS section for further details.

What is Desh Cable TV’s cancellation policy?

Customers can cancel their service(s) at anytime.  However, if the customer cancels prior to the expiration of their service(s), he/she will forfeit their security deposit.  Please refer to the TERMS & CONDITIONS section for further details.
